Creating Your Website
Here’s how it works:
- We’ll talk about your goals — what you want the website to accomplish for your business or practice, the kind of visitors you’re seeking and the scope of the project.
- We will go over a plan to organize the website by page and review the features you want to install.
- Tell us what you want your website to look like. We can show you hundreds (even thousands) of examples that can be customized.
- Send us your material — content for the web pages, brochures, charts, artwork, photos, etc.. We prefer the content in digital files (such as .doc and .jpg) but we are able scan your graphics and pictures. We’ll show you where to find stock photos, if you need them. At this time we’ll ask for a 50% deposit.
- We will put everything together, add the navigation and features and present the website for your review.
- Next we’ll take care of any changes, additions or subtractions you want to make; and after you are totally satisfied, we will upload the files. The balance of the payment is due at this time.
- The next step is to show you how to use the administrative area to keep your site updated and how to organize your blog (if you choose to have one). In addition to our one-on-one tutorial, we will provide you with written instructions and videos on how to maintain your new website.
Normally, the entire process — from concept to uploaded website — takes no longer than one week.
